Smoothies are full of minerals and flavours. They are an important part of breakfast in every household that wishes to encourage health, as they offer an energetic start to the day. A lot of calcium, along with many carbohydrates, subdues hunger cravings and prevents you away from eating junk food.
People who want to lose weight often miss a morning meal and end up snacking a greater quantity of food between meals. To stop this, experts advise that smoothies are an excellent alternative packed with nutrition and their own unique flavours.
a handful of frozen bananas, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup spinach
2/3 cup milk or alternative (or just water works too!)
1 tbsp flax
1 tbsp millet powder mix or protein of your choice
1tsp Kvell Wildforest Honey.
1tsp black and white sesame seeds
1 tbsp flaxseed
2 tbsp pomegranate
1 tsp chia seeds
1 apple, thinly sliced
- Add all the smoothie ingredients to the blender and whizz until the consistency is even. You can make the base smoothie more or less liquid by changing the levels of water and ice.
- Add the toppings and more sweetness, if needed.
